RULES
- The TOTS format is as follows: 3 rounds of 36 arrows shot at each divisions USAA Outdoor Nationals distance/target. For example, a Senior Male Olympic Recurve will shoot 70m at a 122cm face.
- Here’s the tricky part: We only keep each archers HIGHEST TWO 36 arrow scores for that tournaments official score, and thus the championship standings.
- So archers may leave after the second 36 arrow round, or remain for all 3 if they think they can shoot a better third round.
- For example if Ryland shot a Round 1: 310. Round 2: 305. And Round 3: 315, his score for that TOTS would be 310+315 = 625, dropping the lowest score, the 305.
- The cost of registration is $35. $5 will go to the TSAA, payable immediately after your TOTS to the TSAA Treasurer.
- Used Targets are allowed
HISTORY
Began in 2013 under the leadership of 2004 Olympian John Magera and Tom Barker, quickly growing into the largest outdoor target series in the state of Texas. It then passed to Shawn Harrigan for many years successfully until he passed it on to me. We survived COVID and here we are, still hosting Tournaments 11 years after our humble beginnings!
