TSAA State Field Registration - now with collegiate and yeoman divisions

State Field Championship: Fill in all required fields, including the security field, and click SUBMIT.

This sends your info to the webmaster who will process the registration by hand.

You will receive a confirmation email when the registration is processed.

PLEASE PLAN TO PRINT THAT EMAIL as your reminder, and send a copy when you mail in with your payment (If you are not using PayPal).

State * Your state - you can type the letters to zoom in on it
Zip Code/Country * please enter your 5-digit postal zip code, or Country if out of US
EMail * Please enter your email address
Contact Phone Number * Please provide a phone number (we'll call you if there is any problem with your registration)
Bow * Please enter your Bow Type
Classification * YOUTH: If you are uncertain, please use this page to help choose your current classification (collegiate and yeoman added for 2012)
Date Of Birth * Use slashes to separate day/month/year (Enter your DOB using slashes, ie DD/MM/YYYY)
Gender * Indicate archer's gender
Membership * enter your organization membership - pick the one closest to top if more than one. (The TSAA events are open to *any* organization's members, as guests)
Expiration Date Enter as MM/YYYY (as listed on membership card)
JOAD Name or Comments * Please use this field for comments, name of your JOAD or School, etc.-You must tell us if you are shooting both days, or only one day (Sat or Sun), using this box. If you plan to only shoot on one day (1/2 price of full registration and no awards) please indicate so in this comment box. Also, if you plan to help out with the setup of the field, put a note in about when/what days you can come and Rick will contact you.
