32nd State Indoor Championship 2014

Tournament Dates and Shooting Time Options:
  • Jan. 31 (Friday) 6pm
  • Feb 1 (Saturday) 9am, 1pm(this timeslot is full), & 6:30pm
  • Feb 2 (Sunday) 8am, & 12pm
  • All archers must pick TWO (2) shooting times on the entry form.

    PARKING INSTRUCTIONS- Do not park improperly! (Fines are guaranteed)
    The tournament will be a FITA shot at 18 meters (120 arrows will be shot during two rounds of 60, 3 arrows per end), using any two time slots of your choice. Shooting will generally be two lines unless archers number less than 20. The annual TSAA meeting will be held between the afternoon line and evening line on Saturday. The UT Archery Club will have snacks, soft drinks, etc. available onsite for sale. USA Archery's Dress code will be in effect All archers will shoot at 40 cm target faces. The tournament will use single-spot faces and triangular 3-spot faces
    Remember, discounts for families with more than two shooters! Two full fare fees for the eldest two archers and then everyone else in the family pays just $10 each.
    Cost: Adults $40 (Note: There is a College Division, $30), Youth $30. Late fee $15 extra with no exceptions.
    Please note: You do not have to be a PayPal member in order to use this safe method to pay your registration fee.     Entry Postmark Deadline:Friday, Jan. 24th. (Please Include extra $15 thereafter) NOTE: any payment not received by January 28, (a Tuesday), may result in loss of time slots!
    Membership: Participants must be members of USA Archery to be eligible for awards and records. USAA membership can be found at this link
    To secure your desired shooting times, first register via email by filling in the required fields on the form linked to below and then clicking on the SUBMIT button. You will then be emailed a copy of the entry information, and the tournament director will send you a reply confirming your registration after it has been reviewed.  If you do not use PayPal, YOU SHOULD PRINT THE CONFIRMATION WE EMAIL YOU and include it with your check!
    You must either PAYPAL or mail the registration fee (check or money order) together with the form, postmarked by the deadline to avoid a $15 per event late fee
    and to complete the registration.

    WARNING: YOU MUST PARK IN THE PARKING PLACES WE HAVE RESERVED, SUCH AS IN THE GARAGE MARKED ON THE MAP (above link) OR ONLY IN A PROPERLY MARKED & NON-RESTRICTED PARKING SLOT. Do not back into a parking diagonal slot unless a sign says you can, do not park over a slot line.  The UT parking police are completely unforgiving AND QUITE ACTIVE!

    Remember that JOAD ages for Juniors (NOW through the age of 20) and Cadets (NOW through the age of 17) have changed.
    We will follow the JOAD Age guidelines for all youth divisions, but they will ALL be shooting on a 40cm target.

    Cancellation: The TSAA absorbs the cost of PayPal in your registration. If a cancellation is received before the registration deadline, a full refund minus any fee may be issued at that point. After the registration deadline, a full refund may be issued minus 15% to cover awards if applicable, AT THE CONCLUSION of the tournament.
