|Key Factor||Space is limited. There will be no onsite, last-minute registrations in order to insure a quality event for all participants.|
|How To Register||
We request you register and pay online with PayPal, using the link at the bottom of this chart of information. We will then e-mail you a printable confirmation for your records.
|Entry Fee||$125 for all divisions paid on time, there is an $50 additional fee for late registrations.|
|How To Pay||
Payment through PayPal is preferred and easiest and there is no added cost to you. If you do not wish to register online you may also mail a written registration form and pay by check or money order. Make checks and Money orders payable to "Texas State Archery Association". You do not have to have an account with PayPal in order to submit your registration fee.
|Deadline||The deadline for the postmark of mailed registration is Tuesday, May 21, 2013. There is an additional $50 fee if postmarked after May 21, 2013.
No registrations will be accepted after May 28th, 2013. Late entries may be accepted in order received as venue capacity permits.
|Cancellations||Email notification of cancellation is acceptable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 28, 2013. Refund of mailed payments will be 30% less for processing, No deduction for PayPal refunds. Cancellation deadline is May 28, 2013.|
|Waiver||All archers are required to sign a waiver we will present to you at check-in. A copy of the waiver may be reviewed here. Archers under 18 years of age must also have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver. All athletes are bound by the USA Archery Athlete Code of Conduct.|

The 2013 U.S. National Field Championships will follow all rules and procedures from the World Archery Constitution
|As this event is shot under World Archery and USAA regulations, there are several things to be aware of:|
|Clothes||The USAA dress code is in effect (denim is ok, but no camouflage). The tournament director recommends sturdy shoes/boots and lightweight, climate-appropriate breathable clothing.|

|Compound Limit||World Archery regulations (Book 4: 184.108.40.206. ) The peak draw weight shall not exceed 60lbs for all bows.|
|Membership||USA Archery or NFAA Membership is required for all competitors vying for the US Title. International guests are welcome.
NFAA members must email to NationalField@texasarchery.org or else mail a copy of their current (through the end date of competition) membership card. If mailing registration include a copy of your NFAA or World Archery Form.
If your USA Archery membership expires prior to the official start date of the tournament, your USA Archery
membership renewal must accompany your tournament registration form. Your application will not be considered

|Citizenship||Competitors must be U.S. Citizens and eligible according to World Archery rules. Non-U.S. citizens who are not official National Delegates will compete in Guest divisions and are required to hold a USA Archery membership.
U.S. citizenship is required to qualify for the World Games Team Trials.
If you are representing a foreign National Team, you will need a letter stating this from your National Delegation (if you meet this requirement, US Citizenship and USA Archery memberships are not required. You will participate in the Guest Class as well).
|Official Practice||Official practice will be limited to 45 minutes prior to scoring rounds on the practice targets only.|
|What You Will Shoot||
The FITA Field round consists of two rounds of 24 targets each, one marked and one unmarked course.

A concession stand will be available during both days of competition. Lunch & snacks will be provided by chef Lupe & Chrissy Nevarez of the South Texas Archery JOAD club. Water will be provided to insure adequate hydration.
A Friday evening Texas-style BBQ dinner for all will be available. More information to follow...
|Pets?||This venue is an exotic animal ranch which remains in a semi-quarantine nature to protect from diseases and parasites, etc. The "no pets" policy is a requirement of the folks allowing us to use their site. Please honor their rules and do NOT bring any pets of any sort onto the property. Your pet will be required to leave.
NOTE: Athletes are invited to stay into the evening after shooting has been completed to watch hundreds of game animals congregate on the practice range and bed down for the night.
|ATV/motorized transport use?||Only official use of ATVs will be allowed. If you are mobility impaired you must contact us prior to the deadline so that appropriate arrangements can be made to insure you are able to compete fairly.|
