If you are going to compete in both the JOAD event AND the Senior Indoor Event you must fill in this form and submit it TWICE.

You must choose either the NORTH or the SOUTH venue. You can NOT shoot in the same event in both the north and south venues. You can, for example, shoot the Senior event in Austin, and the JOAD in Columbus or Plano, but NOT shoot the Senior again in Plano. No DOUBLING UP.

LOCATION - North or South - For the NORTH you can compete in Plano for both the JOAD and the Senior Events. For the SOUTH, you cn shoot the JOAD in Columbus and the Senior Event in UT in Austin. Please indicate which location you will shoot in using the box below.
